Lovely Stay
warm welcome clean room special dining
Nikita, the Lobby Manager, provided a warm welcome. Her team. Aayush, the Housekeeping Supervisor, ensured my room was very comfy and tidy. Rami, the Swimming Pool Lifeguard, offered vigilant service that allowed me to relax by the pool. Chef Kunal prepared a special dining experience with his personal attention. Francis at the breakfast buffet provided warmth, he made mornings better.
The check-in experience was slow and the assistant lacked personality.

The hotel features a large outdoor pool with plenty of beds. There is space for shade, though windy spots may be present. A modern business center provides convenient options for business travelers. A shopping arcade within the hotel offers extra convenience .

Staff members were great, they was so nice. The Club Lounge provided really good service during high tea. Cocktail hour had a range of wines, spirits, and 'light bites'. These bites were substantial enough for a meal.

poor arrangement safety concern
the club lounge breakfast had a good variety of food.
the airport pickup was poorly arranged. the car only had three seats with proper seat belts for a family of four. my child had to travel on my wife's lap which was not ideal.

The service was really good. Staff greeted guests with smiles and readiness to help. I found the rooms spacious and clean. The ocean view was awesome (.
