Lovely Stay

Nikita, the Lobby Manager, provided a warm welcome. Her team. Aayush, the Housekeeping Supervisor, ensured my room was nice and neat. Rami, the Swimming Pool Lifeguard, offered vigilant service that allowed me to relax by the pool. Chef Kunal prepared a special dining experience with his personal attention. Francis at the breakfast buffet provided warmth, he made mornings better.
The check-in experience was slow and the assistant lacked personality.

The hotel features a large outdoor pool with plenty of beds. There is space for shade, though windy spots may be present. A modern business center provides convenient options for business travelers. A shopping arcade within the hotel offers extra convenience .

Staff members were attentive, they was really nice. The Club Lounge provided really good service during high tea. Cocktail hour had a range of wines, spirits, and 'light bites'. These bites were substantial enough for a meal.

the airport pickup was poorly arranged. the car only had three seats with proper seat belts for a family of four. my child had to travel on my wife's lap which was not ideal.

the location was great. the rooms were clean and well kept! the personalization that the staff brought. vaishnavi took care of all our needs, and she deserves a star.
After checking out, i decided to leave our luggage for a few hours. Unfortunately, the luggage was left unattended outside the storage room. when i returned after three hours, my bags were still outside, and i could take them without anyone stopping me. this presents a considerable security risk, anyone could have taken our bags without any oversight.
