great location high security indian culture inefficient reception slow check-in uncooperative staff
the location was great near marine drive! the cleanliness reached ultimate levels, and i felt secure with the high security. the staff demonstrated indian culture well from the entrance.
The reception desk seemed inefficient. It was not very cooperative, and the check-in was slow. getting essential items like antiseptic for a cut took half an hour. the number of lifts was a constraint.

warm welcome clean room special dining
Nikita, the Lobby Manager, provided a warm welcome. Her team. Aayush, the Housekeeping Supervisor, ensured my room was super clean and cozy. Rami, the Swimming Pool Lifeguard, offered vigilant service that allowed me to relax by the pool. Chef Kunal prepared a special dining experience with his personal attention. Francis at the breakfast buffet provided warmth, he made mornings better.
The check-in experience was slow and the assistant lacked personality.

Staff members were attentive, they was pretty good. The Club Lounge provided really good service during high tea. Cocktail hour had a range of wines, spirits, and 'light bites'. These bites were substantial enough for a meal.

poor arrangement safety concern
the club lounge breakfast had a good variety of food.
the airport pickup was poorly arranged. the car only had three seats with proper seat belts for a family of four. my child had to travel on my wife's lap which was not ideal.
